Anthology Student - Student Verification

Anthology Student supports data integration with Student Verification.

This section helps you to understand the integration. It also covers: 

• The actions you take in Anthology Student and Student Verification to configure the integration

• Troubleshooting integration errors

Once configured, Anthology Student: 

• Sends student data in batches or individually to Student Verification for verification

• Once verified in Student Verification, receives the document statuses and ISIR verification statuses from Student Verification

Prerequisites

Your institution must be:

• An Anthology Cloud client

• A Student Verification client

• Using Mailbox Manager

To verify a student using the integration:

• The students must have an ISIR or transaction ID on file for a specific award year in Anthology Student

• The award year for the ISIR on file must be active in Student Verification

You must be familiar with Background for Integration with Student Verification.

Process Steps

Step	Action
1	Review the Background for Anthology Student and Student Verification Integration.
2	Configure Settings in Student Verification and assign a staff member in Anthology Student.
3	Enable Anthology Student and Student Verification Integration.
4	Send the student data from Anthology Student to Student Verification.
5	Receive the Document Status and Verification Status from Student Verification.
