Creating Occupation Insight Records

Prerequisite: Configure Occupation Insight in Encoura Reach. For more information, see documentation for the Occupation Insight tab in Default Configuration.

To enable Encoura Reach users to view Occupation Insight reports or dashboards, you need to associate reports or dashboards in Occupation Insight with Encoura Reach. Once the records are successfully associated, users can view them in Encoura Reach.

1. Click Occupation Insight Reports > New. (Settings > Customizations).
2. In the Report Type field, choose between Dashboard and Report.
3. In the Select Report field, select the report you want Encoura Reach users to view.
4. Save the record.
