Integration with Twilio (Preview Feature)

Anthology Reach includes a preview integration with Twilio, a third-party messaging service provider, to support SMS and WhatsApp communications.

As of now, this integration requires customers to bring and manage their own Twilio account. Customers are responsible for account setup, sender registration, and compliance with messaging regulations.
