Upgrade Rollout Plans:

• Anthology Cloud 2.0 — This update will be applied to your environments in accordance with your Master Services Agreement (MSA) in alignment with the schedule below:

  • East Coast US/Canada:

    • Non-Production: Sunday, 15th December 2024 at 10 PM EST

    • Production: Wednesday, 18th December 2024 at 10 PM EST

  • West Coast US:

    • Non-Production: Monday, 16th December 2024 at 10 PM EST

    • Production: Thursday, 19th December 2024 at 10 PM EST

• Anthology Cloud 1.0, CampusNet, and On-Premise customers — If you would like to apply this update, please submit an upgrade request; scheduling will occur based on availability.

Release Highlights

This release contains the following enhancements:

• Application Processing

  • Support for 2025-26 ISIR Verifications and Corrections

• Campus-Based COD

  • Identifier changes are regenerated starting with the year 2023

  • Import Name and Export Name columns are populated in the legacy interface

• COD Import

  • Middle name in the COD export process has been updated to support uppercase letters, lowercase letters, spaces, apostrophes, periods, and dashes

• Gainful Employment Reporting

  • Filter improvements for the grids on the History tab
