Release Highlights
Configure Full Time Equivalency Factors Functionality
Faculty Workload Management has been enhanced to configure Full Time Equivalency (FTE) Factors for your institution. Your institution uses Full Time Equivalency factors and weighs the load types of the courses to be the equivalent and exact portion of a faculty member's full time job. A full time load is assumed as 1.0 for a faculty member.
Add Full Time Equivalency (FTE) Factors in Load Validation Process
Faculty Workload Management supports you to process a batch with Full Time Equivalency (FTE) factors where your institution can perform load validations for several Assignments by Term, Assignment Types, Positions, Staff, Load Validation Statuses, Departments, Teaching and Non-Teaching Activity.
Ability to Process Contracts for Multiple Terms
To provide support for generate contracts for multiple terms, multi- select functionality for terms has been introduced in Associate Contract to Faculty. This functionality will allow you to generate contracts faster for to get all the child terms assignments in the contracts instead of producing a contract for every term for the assignment.
Create Assignment Summary by Instructor Report
You can generate an Assignment Summary by Instructor report to share with faculty and external members with appropriate headers.
