Release Highlights

Academic Records

Requisite Handling

Adding even more control to registration in the system to support systems with complex requisites and placement handling, Anthology Student will now allow for configuration of test score ranges as a requisite condition on a course to control registration eligibility.

Registration Relationships

Anthology Student now has audits deployed against registration relationships to track changes to the rule and overrides granted for individual students against the rule.

Batch Registration
  • The system will now display the seats available in the batch registration process before students are selected for batch registration. This will allow you to more clearly see how many seats are available in the section before adding students through a batch registration process.

  • The system now supports overrides for one, many or all students in track registration. This will reduce individual registration operations and allow students to be processed in track registration with override permissions.

Student Experience

In Student Portal, the Financial Aid Overview page:

  • Now asks the student to confirm their changes if they navigate away from the page without selecting Accept/Decline for fund sources or the Submit Funds button

  • Displays a Housing Status pop-up so that a student can select a housing option when they have multiple program versions and no Housing Status already selected

Usability and Accessibility

  • In this release we have expanded support for screen readers and addition of landmarks. The Student Web App and the Student Portal have been updated expanding the friendliness and support to screen readers.

  • The Post Financial Aid Disbursements process has been enhanced by adding a field that allows users to select one or more campuses. This enhancement allows the users to post approved disbursement batches at once for multiple or all campuses that the users have access to instead of having to sign in to each campus separately.

Regulatory and Compliance Updates

The system continues to expand support for FAFSA simplification including additional support for Crossover Academic years, Pell LEU, as well as new functionality to support Pell Annual Amounts and Recalculation.
