Manage Products - To create, edit, and delete Products.

You can search for a Product in the Product Manager. By default, the Product Manager lists all Products belonging to the Teams to which you have access. You can find a specific Product based on Product Name, Product ID, Description, or Team details of the Product, or use the Advanced Search feature to specify additional search conditions.

To Search for a Product

1.  In the Edit menu, select Products.

The Product Manager is displayed.

2.  Specify the Name, Description, Product ID, or Team details.

3.  Click Search.

Click Advanced to define advanced search conditions and click Run.

Products satisfying the search conditions are listed.

To Locate a Deleted Product

1.  In the Edit menu, select Products.

The Product Manager is displayed.

2.  Select the Show Deleted Products option.

Deleted Products are listed in the Table View.

Note  •   Click New in the Product Manager to create a new Product. •   Click New Product in the Find Product dialog box. •   You can also locate a Product when you are creating a Price List, and in the Purchase List tab of the Opportunity or Order window.
