To View a Product from the Product Manager
1. From the Edit menu, select Products.
The Product Manager is displayed.
2. Specify the Name, Description, Product ID, or Team details.
3. Click Search.
– OR –
Click Advanced to define advanced search conditions.
All Product items that satisfy the defined search conditions are displayed.
4. Click a Product ID in the Results area.
The Product window is displayed.
To View a Product from the Find Product Dialog Box
1. In the Product window, select the Add Related Product option from the Product menu.
- OR -
In the Opportunity or Order window, select the Purchase List tab and click Add.
The Find Product dialog box is displayed.
2. Specify the Name, Description, Product ID, or Team details.
All Product items that satisfy the defined search conditions are displayed.
3. Click a Product ID in the Results area.
The Product window is displayed.
To View a Product from the Opportunity/Order Window
1. Open the required Opportunity.
- OR -
2. Select the Purchase List tab.
3. Click a Product Name.
The Product window is displayed.
To Open an Opportunity
1. From the Home Workspace, select Opportunities from the Object Selector.
- OR -
Go to any user-defined Opportunity-based Workspace.
2. Using the Teams, Users, or the Search tab, locate the required Opportunity. Click the Opportunity ID link or double-click the Opportunity to open it.
- OR -
Press Ctrl+G. In the Goto Opportunity dialog box that is displayed, type the Opportunity ID.
Click OK.
The Opportunity window is displayed.
To Open an Order
1. From the Home Workspace, select Orders from the Object Selector.
- OR -
Go to any Order-based Workspace.
2. Using the Teams, Users, or the Search tab, locate the required Order. Click the Order ID link or double-click the Order to open it.
- OR -
Press Ctrl+G. In the Goto Order dialog box that is displayed, type the Order ID.
Click OK.
The Order window is displayed.
