Searching for a Mailing List

You can locate a Mailing List based on the Team in which it is created, the Categories to which it belongs, or the Campaign in which it is used.

To Locate a Mailing List

1.  Open the Mailing List Manager.

2.  To locate Mailing Lists based on Teams, select the required Teams from the Team list.

- OR -

To locate Mailing Lists based on Categories, select the required Categories from the Categories list.

- OR -

To locate Mailing Lists based on a specific Campaign, select the required Campaign from the Campaign list.

- OR -

To locate Mailing Lists based on a specific base Object, select the required base Object from the Base Object list.

3.  Click Search. The Mailing Lists matching the search conditions are listed.

Tip   Click Show All to view a list of all Mailing Lists. The specified conditions are removed.

To Open the Mailing List Manager

•   In any Workspace, from the Edit menu, select Mailing Lists.

The Mailing List Manager is displayed.
