Edit/Delete Shared Workspace - Modifying shared Workspace.

You can rename a Workspace you have created, or one that is shared with you or copied to you. To rename a shared Workspace, you need the Edit/Delete Shared Workspace Permission.

To Rename a Workspace

1.  From the Edit menu, select Workspaces.

The Workspace Manager is displayed.

2.  Select a Workspace from the Name list and click Rename.

- OR -

Press F2.

A placeholder is displayed in the Name area of the Workspace.

3.  Type a new name for the Workspace.

4.  Click anywhere in the Workspace Manager.

- OR -

Press ENTER.

The new name for the Workspace is displayed in the Name column. To retain the original name of the Workspace, press ESC instead of ENTER.

Note 

You cannot rename:

•   Predefined Workspaces: Home, Analytics, Chat, Trash Can, Phone, and Outbox.

•   A Workspace that is currently open.
