See AlsoWhen a Lead is created in Talisma, in a scenario where complete information is not available to the Talisma User, or a response is not forthcoming from the Lead, the Talisma User can change the value of the Disqualified Property of the Lead to Yes.
By default, the value of the Disqualified Property of the Lead is set to No.
To Mark a Lead as Disqualified
1. Using the Left pane, locate and select the Lead whose Disqualified Property must be set to Yes.
2. From the Lead menu, select Mark as Disqualified.
- OR -
Right-click the Lead in the Table View and select Mark as Disqualified from the shortcut menu.
- OR -
Open the required Lead, and select Mark as Disqualified from the Lead menu.
The value of the Disqualified Property of the Lead is set to Yes.
3. From the File menu, select Close.
To Unmark a Disqualified Lead
1. Using the Left pane, locate and select the Lead whose Disqualified Property is set to Yes.
2. From the Lead menu, select UnMark as Disqualified.

Right-click the Lead in the Table View and select UnMark as Disqualified from the shortcut menu.
- OR -
Open the required Lead, and select UnMark as Disqualified from the Lead menu.
The value of the Disqualified Property of the Lead is set to No.
3. From the File menu, select Close.
