Manage Templates - To create, edit, and delete Templates.

You can perform this operation only in Mailers whose Template Type Property is Email.

You can make a Mailer interesting and informative by inserting pictures in it. You can insert a picture from a file or from a Web path (URL).

To Insert a Picture in a Mailer from a File

1.  In the Template window, select the Message tab, and position the cursor in the Message area of the Mailer.

2.  From the Insert menu, select Picture, From File.

The Picture dialog box is displayed.

3.  In the Picture Source field, type the name of the file with the picture.

Click Browse and select a file to be inserted from the Picture dialog box. The file name and path details are displayed in the Picture Source field.

4.  In the Alternate Text field, type the required text. You can type text that you want displayed in place of the image when images are turned off or when images are unavailable on the recipient’s computer. The alternate text is also displayed when the image is loading. If you specify a path for the picture inserted into the Mailer and then delete the picture, the text typed in the Alternate Text field is sent in the Mailer in place of the picture.

5.  Set the layout options for the picture, in the Alignment and Border Thickness fields.

6.  Set the spacing options for the picture in the Horizontal and Vertical fields.

7.  Click OK. The selected picture is inserted, and is displayed at the cursor position in the Mailer message. Repeat from Steps 3 through 7 to insert multiple pictures.
