Calendar Events Tabs and Properties

The tables in this topic describe the Properties available in the various tabs of the Calendar Event Object.

The Calendar Event Object contains the following tabs:

•   Properties

•   Categories

•   Attendees

•   User Calendars

•   Shared Calendars

•   History

Before reading the descriptions in this topic, please see Using Property Tables in Talisma Client Help.

The text "TBA" in the last column of the table refers to Talisma Business Administrator.

Properties Tab

The Properties tab contains system Properties. It also contains custom Properties created for the Calendar Event Object.

Property Can be Edited/Deleted in TBA

 

Name

The name of the Calendar Event.

Owner

The owner of the Calendar Event. By default, the User who created the Calendar Event in Web Client is set as the owner.

Created On

The date and time when the record was created.

Last Updated

The date and time when the record was last updated.

Location

The location of the Calendar Event.

Start Date

The start date of the Calendar Event.

End Date

The end date of the Calendar Event.

Time Zone

The time zone that is set when the Calendar Event is created or modified.

Reminder Time

The time before the Calendar Event when attendees are reminded about the Calendar Event.

Reminder Time Unit

The unit of measurement of the reminder time.

Description

The description of the Calendar Event.

Internal Notes

Internal notes that the user has made about the Calendar Event. These notes are not displayed to the attendee.

Base Object

The object for which the Calendar Event is created.

Contact

The name of the Contact for who the Calendar Event is created.

Account

The name of the Account for who the Calendar Event is created.

Lead

The name of the Lead for who the Calendar Event is created.

Enrollment

 

The name of the Enrollment for who the Calendar Event is created.

Categories Tab

This tab lists the Categories for the Calendar Event Object.

Attendees

This tabs lists the attendees to whom the Calendar Event is sent.

User Calendars

This tab lists user calendars to which the Calendar Event is published.

Shared Calendars

This tab lists shared calendars to which the Calendar Event is published.

History Tab

This tab displays all events in the history of the Calendar Event. For example, actions such as a Property change or a change in the list of attendees are recorded as events. To specify the events to be displayed in this tab, select Options from the Tools menu. In the Options dialog box, set the required options from the Event tab.

Note 

When Talisma is installed afresh, audit is disabled for all events and Properties. Hence, audit records are not displayed in the History tab. For more information about enabling or disabling audit, see Talisma Business Administrator Help.
