Setting a Reminder for a Campaign

Manage Campaigns - To create, edit, copy, and delete Campaigns.

You can set a reminder to activate a Campaign, to schedule a Mailing List, or to perform a manual task.

To Set a Reminder for a Campaign

1.  Open the required Campaign.

2.  From the Campaign menu, select Set Reminder. The Set Reminder for dialog box is displayed.

3.  From the Remind list, select the User to be reminded.

4.  Specify when the reminder should be displayed. If you specify a date, you can also specify the time for the reminder.

5.  Enter your message in the with the message box.

6.  Select the Remind only if the Campaign is Active check box, if it is required. If selected, you (or the selected User) will receive the reminder only if the Campaign is active.

7.  Click OK. The reminder is set. The selected User will receive the reminder at the specified time.

Note 

The in the system tray indicates that a reminder has arrived. Click this icon to view the Reminders dialog box. Select a reminder and click View to view the details. You can postpone or delete a reminder.
