Releasing a Rapid Response

You cannot edit or delete a Canned Response if it is configured as a Rapid Response. Only the User who has configured the Rapid Response can release it.

To Release a Rapid Response

1.  From the Edit menu, select Rapid Responses. The Configure Rapid Responses dialog box is displayed.

2.  Select the Rapid Response to release, and click Clear.

3.  Click Close.

The Canned Response can now be edited or deleted, as required.
