Personalizing a New Message Using a Canned Response
You can send personalized Messages to Contacts by inserting Canned Responses that include Contact, and Interaction properties, in a new Message. If you personalize a Message for a single Contact, the Property values are updated in the New Message window after you insert the Canned Response. If you are personalizing the New Message for multiple Contacts, the Property values are updated when the Message is sent
Note Properties or Merge conditions belonging to Objects other than the Interaction, or Contact Object are not merged. |
