About Scheduled Reports Services

You can schedule a report to be run at a later date and time, or at a specified frequency using the Schedule Manager. You can set schedules to recur on an hourly, a daily, a weekly, or a monthly basis. You can configure the Schedule Manager to send out a scheduled report by e-mail, after it is generated. If it is required, you can choose to save a scheduled report as a Microsoft Excel file or as an HTML file.

In Database Administrator, you can create a service to run the Scheduled Reports.
