DNC services are used to work with the Do No Call (DNC) feature. The Do Not Call feature is applicable to predefined phone properties of the Lead object. When CampusNexus CRM is integrated with the DNCall component of the DNCSolution from PossibleNOW and a DNC service is created, phone numbers of Leads are sent to Possible NOW for scrubbing. Based on the scrubbing result, the phone numbers of Leads are marked in different colors and suffixed with icons to indicate whether a phone number is available for call by a Desktop Client user.
The DNC Services node becomes available in the Services node only when the DNC feature is enabled in Main database.
