Specifying User Phone Details
You must set the values for Phone related properties, before a user can work on the Phone Workspace.
To Set Phone User Properties
1. Select the Users node from the navigation pane. A list of users will be displayed in the results pane. Select the required user.
2. Click Properties. The Properties tab is displayed.
3. Click the Phone tab. Properties for this tab are displayed.
4. Define values for all the listed properties. The listed properties include Agent Extension, Agent ID, Agent Password, Phone Bridge, Agent Group, Agent Type, User Phone Status on Hang Up, User Phone Status on End Session, and Default Team.

5. Click OK to save the values you have defined.
Note
You can set Phone details for one or all users belonging to a selected team. Roles can be defined for the users by clicking the Set Properties link. Select a user and assign a role to the user from the Role list.
