Inserting or Removing Attachments

When creating a new interaction, or when adding a message to an existing interaction, you can insert multiple attachments using the Add Attachments dialog.

To Insert Attachments in a Message

1.  From the Table View, select and open the required interaction record.

The Interaction page is displayed.

2.  On the Menu bar, click Interaction. From the pull-down menu options that are available, click Add Message.

The Add Message dialog box is displayed.

3.  Go to the Message area in this page and click Attachments icon.

4.  The Upload File dialog box is displayed.

5.  Click Select Files. In the dialog box that is displayed, navigate to the location of the files you want to attach and select them. The selected files are listed in the Upload File dialog box.

6.  Click Upload to attach the files to the message.

After the upload is complete, the count of uploaded files is displayed as follows:

To Remove Attachments from a Message

You can remove attachments you do not want to include in your outgoing message.

1.  The Upload Files dialog box displays a list of attachments.

2.   To remove an attachment, click the x icon of the attachment you want to delete.

3.  Click Close.

The attachment is removed from the message.

Note 

By clearing an attachment, you ensure that the attachment is no longer part of the message you are sending.
