The Print Template Window

Contains commands to perform operations in the Print Template window.

Displays the most frequently performed tasks as buttons. Place the mouse pointer over a button to view its function.

This pane displays Properties and their values for this Print Template. To customize this pane, drag Properties from the Properties tab to this pane. These Properties are also displayed in the Preview pane of the Home Workspace or any user-defined Workspace based on Print Templates.

To re-size the column width of Properties and their values, position your mouse pointer over the column you want to re-size and click when the mouse pointer changes to a two-headed arrow . Drag the mouse pointer horizontally to re-size the column.

Displays the tabs in the Print Template window.

Tabs

Displays system Properties and user-defined Properties for the Print Template. For more information, see Print Template Tabs and Properties.

Displays the list of Teams to which you have access. Select the Teams with which you want to share the Print Template.

Displays a chronological list of events that are configured to be displayed in this tab. The events displayed in this tab are user-specific and can be set in the Options dialog box.

If a Print Template is shared with the "Marketing" Team, the event is recorded as follows:

Marketing

Displays a list of Categories created for the Print Template.

Displays a description of the Print Template.

Displays Print Template content in an instance of MS Word. Text and Object Properties inserted in the Print Template are displayed.

The Content tab includes the MS Word document and the Merge Fields area to its right. Properties selected to be inserted into the Print Template are displayed in the Merge Fields area.
