Setting Properties For a Print Template

Edit Print Template - To modify Print Templates.
Setting Properties involves specifying values for the Properties of the Print Template.
To Set Properties for a Print Template
1. Select the required Print Template from your Workspace's Table View.
2. Select a Print Template from the Table View.
3. From the Print Template menu, select Set Properties.

Right-click the Print Template and select Set Properties from the shortcut menu.
The Set Properties dialog box with system and user-defined tabs is displayed.
4. Specify values for the Properties. Read-only Properties are unavailable.
5. Click OK.
The Properties are set for the Print Template.
Tip • You can also set Print Template Properties from the Properties tab of the Print Template window and from the Preview pane of the Home Workspace. • You can set Properties for multiple Print Templates. To select adjacent Print Templates, click the first Print Template, hold down the SHIFT key, and click the last Print Template. To select random Print Templates, click the first Print Template, hold down the CTRL key, and click other Print Templates. • Selecting multiple Print Templates enables you to assign a common Owner to the selected Print Templates. For example, the Print Templates Company Format and Team Format have unique owners.
