In a scenario where the User selects a Lead in the Table View that is not associated with a Contact, and clicks the New Interaction button, a message is displayed to inform the User that the selected Lead will not be linked to the Interaction as no Contact is associated with the Lead.

Before logging the Interaction, if the User changes the Lead to another Lead with which a Contact is associated, details of the Enrollment (if any) associated with the new Lead will be available in the Link to and Name fields. Further, the Contact Property of the Interaction is set to the Contact associated with the new Lead.

The Talisma Client User changes the Lead that is set in the New Interaction window.

The Contact associated with the changed Lead will automatically be displayed in the Contact field.

In a scenario where no Contact is associated with the changed Lead, a message is displayed indicating that the Interaction creation operation will not continue. The selection of the original Lead and Contact Object items will be retained.
