Working With the Error Log
The Error Log contains a list of errors that occurred when running the Server. This log is maintained by the Server. It enables administrators to track the source of an error and correct it.
The following table describes error details:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Team |
The Team name is displayed only when an error occurs in the context of a Team. For example, one of the following errors can occur when a User sends an e-mail message from CampusNexus CRM: “Send mail Failed”, “Too many To:, Cc:, Bcc:”, “Invalid Sender”, “Set Body Failed”, and “Unique message ID could not be generated”. This column is blank when errors occur in Extractor, Dispatcher, and Offline Services. |

Errors could be of different types. Extractor errors: These errors may occur due to the mailbox being locked, incorrect Incoming Mail Server details in Business Administrator, Network problems, and so on.
