Using the Retry Button in the Outbox
Messages for which errors such as invalid email addresses, mobile phone number, or unexpected responses from the mail server are displayed with a icon in the Status column. You can clear errors in such messages by clicking Retry. These messages are then ready to be dispatched in the next dispatch cycle.
By default, the outbox lists interaction messages in teams to which you have access. However, if you have the Business Administration or System Administration permission, messages from all users are displayed.
As a normal user, you can click the Retry button on any message. It's not mandatory for its interaction to be assigned to you.
To Clear Errors in the Outbox
1. On the top bar, click and select Outbox. The Outbox window is displayed.
2. Select messages that have an error.
3. Click Retry to clear the error for the selected messages.
The message can be sent again or edited to update properties or content.
Note
If a message has an invalid email address, only users with the required permissions can edit the message to modify the email address.
