Locating a KB Solution

The Knowledge Base page enables you to locate KB Solutions using a search query specified in the Search text box, or clicking any of the tabs (FAQ, Hot Topics, Top Documents, etc.) that are configured in the Right pane.

Using the Search Query

Specify the query statement in the space provided in the Right pane, and click Search.

OR

Click Advanced and provide values for the additional parameters for searching KB Solutions.

Using the Tabs

Additional tabs such as FAQ, Hot Topics, Top Documents, etc. are displayed in the KB Solution Manager, if these tabs are configured as plug-ins. You can click these tabs and locate the required KB Solution.
