Viewing a Report Running in the Background
Before viewing a report, you must check its status. If the status is In Queue or Running in the Reports Status dialog box, you will see old data in the report. Therefore, ensure that the status is Done before you view a report run in the background.
To View a Report Run in the Background
1. In the Reports Status dialog box, ensure that the status of the report is Done.
2. In the My Reports pane, expand the Favorites folder if the report has been added to it.

Expand the folder or sub-folder within the My Folders folder in which the report is stored.
3. Select the report you want to view. The report is displayed in the Results pane.
