Joining Two Nodes in the Workflow

When you create a Workflow, Actions, or Events specified in non-adjacent Nodes may need to be performed successively. Using a Connector, you can join two Nodes that are not adjacent to each other to enable Targets to flow through these Nodes.

To Join Two Nodes in the Workflow

1.  Select the first Node to be joined.

2.  Hold the SHIFT key down, and click the second Node to be joined. This Node must not be adjacent to the selected Node.

3.  From the Workflow menu, select Join Nodes.

Right-click the Workflow, and select Join Nodes from the shortcut menu.

A Connector joins the two Nodes. The order in which the two Nodes were selected determines the direction in which the Connector is pointed.

Note  You can use the space in the Notes area to add notes about the Connector. In a saved Campaign, click the Connector to view its notes in the Notes area.
