About the License Information Page

The License Information page displays the license information for the CampusNexus CRM installation.

The following table comprises a list of required licenses and the operations they govern:

License Operations governed by the License

Service

Viewing Interactions, Messages, Contacts, Accounts, and Canned Responses, and performing related operations. This is a default offering.

Campaigns

Viewing Campaigns, Mailers, Mailing Lists, Offers, and Targets, and performing related operations.

Prospect Management

Viewing Orders, Opportunities, and Products, and performing related operations.

Phone

Using the Phone feature.

Analytics

Generating reports. Analytics enables analysts to generate predefined and customized reports.

Offline

Installation and use of Offline.

Reactive Chat

Setting up of Reactive Chat.

Proactive Chat

Setting up of Proactive Chat. Using Proactive Chat, Users can selectively chat with visitors on the corporate website and answer their queries.

CRM SDK

Operations in the CRM Software Development Kit (CRM SDK).

Knowledge Management

Accessing information from a knowledgebase. Users can work with knowledge base (KB) articles to respond to customer queries.

Installing and using iService - Service.

Mailer License Information

Number of Targets

The maximum number of Targets that can be created in CampusNexus CRM. By default, this number is 100000.

Number of Targets used

The number of Targets currently present in CampusNexus CRM.

Aliases

Lists the Aliases you have created in CampusNexus CRM.

To View the License Information Page

1.  Sign on to Business Administrator.

2.  Select the main node from the Navigation pane.

The License Information page is displayed.

The following table describes the information displayed in the License Information page:

Field Description

Name

The computer on which Database server is installed.

Database

Displays the name of the Main database.

Database Version

Displays the version of the database associated with the installation.

Product ID

This is a unique ID associated with the installation of CampusNexus CRM.

License Information

Number of User Licenses

Displays the number of User licenses of the CampusNexus CRM installation.

Number of Viewer Licenses

Displays the number of Viewer licenses available with this installation of CampusNexus CRM. A Viewer is a type of User who can only view information and cannot perform any operations in CampusNexus CRM.

User licenses currently in use

Displays the total number of Users who are currently working with CampusNexus CRM. This field displays the number of Users working with Desktop Client, Web Client and CRM Software Development Kit (SDK).

Desktop Client - Displays the number of Users who are currently working with Desktop Client.

Web Client - Displays the number of Users who are currently working with Web Client.

SDK - Displays the number of Users who are currently working with CRM SDK.

Viewer licenses currently in use

Displays the total number of Viewer Type of Users who are currently logged on to Desktop Client.

Administrator licenses currently in use

This field displays 'As Per Contract', indicating that the number of Administrator licenses that are available with the current installation of CampusNexus CRM is dependent on the requirements of your institution.

CRM Install Type

This field displays one of the following values depending on the installation type:

Enterprise

Online

CRM License Type

This field displays one of the following values depending on the license type used for the current installation of CampusNexus CRM:

Named

Concurrent

CRM Trial Install

This field indicates whether the current installation of CampusNexus CRM is running on a trial license.

Signature

This field indicates whether this installation of CampusNexus CRM automatically inserts the Signature in all messages sent from CampusNexus CRM:

CRM Installed On

The date when CampusNexus CRM was installed.

License Period

The period for which the license is valid.

Note

If a trial license is used, this field displays the number of days for which the license is valid, from the date of installation.
