Queue Manager
The Connector Queue Manager is a web application that is used to centrally manage transactions in queues of an integrated installation of an instance of the CampusNexus CRM system and an instance of the Anthology Student system.
Configuring the Connector Queue Manager involves configuring:
- Queues
- Administrator Username/Passwords
- Endpoint Connections
Additionally, you configure the Queue Manager to utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to secure communications between the two systems.
Before You Begin
After the installation of the Queue Manager is complete, you need to manually create a new Application Pool within IIS and set the Queue Manager to utilize this Application Pool. To create a new application pool for the Queue Manager to use, complete the following steps:

Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager on the CampusLink Server where the Queue Manager is installed.

Create a new Application Pool within IIS and name it CampusVue Connector Queue Manager.

Right-click and select Properties within the new Application Pool.

Clear the check box Recycle Worker Processes if it is selected.

Save and close the Properties window.

Right-click on the CampusVueConnectorQueueManager web site and select Properties.

In the Virtual Directory tab, set the Application Pool for the web site to the newly created CampusVue Connector Queue Manager.

Save and close the Properties window.
