In Anthology Student, duplicate descriptions can be created for an enumerated Property as a result of an add or edit operation. However, in CampusNexus CRM, enumerated Properties cannot contain duplicate values. This causes data loss when data migration happens between Anthology Student and CampusNexus CRM. Therefore, to prevent this data loss Connector has been enhanced to identify duplicate descriptions for enumerated Property. If duplicate descriptions are found, the duplicate value of the enumerated Property is formatted as follows to make:

The formatted value of the enumerated Property is sent to CampusNexus CRM. Thus, CampusNexus CRM will display values with duplicate descriptions.
For example, the Marital Status enumerated Property contains the description Live-In as duplicate. In this scenario, the duplicate Live-In value will be formatted as follows:
Live-In (LIVE-IN - 106)

106 is the unique ID of the AmMarital table. AmMarital is the table of the Marital Status enumerated Property.
Although, duplicate values can also be added to the Code field for an enumerated Property in Connector, this functionality is not affected by the enhanced Connector logic.
