Staff

You can use the Staff page to add and manage staff members and staff groups for your institution.

Task Tab to Use
Add and edit the staff members that will be using Anthology Student Staff Members
Add and manage the staff groups and group membership Staff Groups
Create and assign password profiles and manage passwords for staff members Password Profiles
Specify the frequencies that the staff members in staff groups can select in the Job Frequency field for their dynamic groups Dynamic Groups
Specify whether you want to require permission for staff members to change the last date of attendance (LDA) for students and the staff members with permission if you do LDA Attendance

The tabs displayed on the page will depend on the value for Authentication ModeClosed Displays the method used to authenticate users. For information about the modes or to configure the mode, search for "Authentication Modes" in this help system. . (Select the Settings tile > expand System > select General.)

For example, if your institution is using one of the options for Active Directory, the page does not display the tabs for managing passwords because passwords are managed outside of Anthology Student.

Prerequisites

To view the page, you must have System - Settings - View authorization.

Access Method

Select the Settings tile > expand System > select Staff.

Audit for Staff and Campuses

When staff members and settings for campuses are added or changed, Anthology Student creates an audit record in the database for almost all of the changes so that you can create SQL queries to audit the changes.
