General Settings for Student Services
You can use the General page to edit the general configuration parameters related to Student Services and housing setup for Anthology Student. This enables users to manage housing transactions pertaining to deposits, application fees, and rent charges.
You can also configure the settings that validate the current room capacity when placing a student in a room or updating the housing period. This configuration affects Roommate Matching, Switch Room, Change Graduation Dates, Update Housing Period, and Renew Lease.
Prerequisites
You must have Student Services - Settings - Manage authorization.
Access Method
Select the Settings tile > expand Student Services > select General.
Procedure to Edit Items

Review, specify, or change the following value.

Select the options to configure the following lists to set up housing.
List Options Room Assignments
Validate Current Room Occupancy by
Rent Settings

Select Save to save the changes.

Note: When the value is set to All, any new Indicator added in (Select the Configuration tile > locate Student Services > select Indicators), must be given all the permissions in the existing Indicator Policies (View, Assign, Edit and Delete). If the value is set to None, the same would be displayed in existing Indicator Policies with none of the permissions.
