Activity Load Details

You can use the Activity Load Details report to generate a report that shows the load types and details for the teaching or Non-Teaching activities for one or more campuses.

Prerequisites

You must have: 

  • Common - Reports - View authorization

  • Either Reports - Faculty Workload - Activity Load Details or Faculty Workload - All Reports authorization (All Reports provides authorization to view all reports for Faculty Workload Management.) 

Access Method

Select the Reports tile > locate Faculty Workload > select Activity Load Details.

Procedure to Generate the Report

  1. Specify the data selection criteria.

    ActiveClosed Specifies whether the associated record is active.

    ActivityClosed Select the type of activity for which you want to generate the report. The options are Teaching and Non-Teaching.

    CampusesClosed The campus or campuses to which a person or item is assigned. It is filtered to display the campuses to which you have access. In some cases, it is also used to filter a list to only those items for the campus. In some lists, you can select more than one campus or select All. In lists that display columns, if the column contains more than one campus, you cannot sort or filter on that column.

    Load Saved CriteriaClosed Select the saved criteria you want to load in the selection criteria fields.

    TermClosed Specifies the term associated with the record. Terms are configured by your institution. The term start date must be before the end date of the award year.

Take the appropriate action.

Task Action to Take
View the report

Select the View Report button. Anthology Student displays the generated report.
Save the selection criteria

  1. Select the Save Criteria button. Anthology Student displays save criteria dialog.

  2. Specify the name to save the criteria.

  3. Select the Save button. Anthology Student saves the selected criteria for the report.
Delete the selection criteria

  1. Select the Delete Saved Criteria button. Anthology Student displays the delete confirmation dialog.

  2. Select the Delete button. Anthology Student deletes the selected saved criteria for the report.

Details for the Report

In the report:

  • Activity Load Details are sorted by Teaching/Non-Teaching and Activity Code

  • Within a group, the activities are sorted alphabetically by name

  • Section Number details are displayed for teaching activities for classes

  • If a Load Factor is not configured to a class, the Load Method column displays N/A or Static Load. Anthology Student displays Static Load only if previously the class had a load factor defined and you have updated the configuration to not use the load factor

  • Activity Load Details report displays the load factor based on classes per campus
