Student Verification Integration Configuration

You can use the Student Verification Integration Configuration page to map document statuses between Student Verification and Anthology Student.

The page displays the Student Verification document status codes and descriptions and enables you to select an Anthology Student document status code for each Student Verification document status code.

Anthology Student Regulatory version 23.3.1 or later is required to access this configuration option. The page is displayed only in Cloud 1.x environments.

Prerequisites

You must have:

• Financial Aid - Student Verification - Configuration - View authorization

• Financial Aid - Student Verification - Configuration - Edit authorization

Access Method

Select the Configuration tile > expand Financial Aid > select Student Verification Integration Configuration.

Procedure to Configure Items

1. Select the drop-down list in the CNS Document Status column and select the Anthology Student document status value that you want to associate with a Student Verification document status code.

   C	Document Approved by Staff or Not Required by Staff	Select Document Status
   I	Document Rejected by Staff	Select Document Status
   OR	Document Overridden	Select Document Status
   R	Document Not Reviewed	Select Document Status
   RE	Document Removed	Select Document Status

2. Select Save to save your changes.
