Campus Groups
You can use the Campus Groups tab from the Campuses page to create logical groupings of campuses. For example, a campus group can include campuses that share instructors and administrative staff.
The campus groups you specify here are selected in multiple locations in the product. For example, you select a campus group when you:

Configure grade scales and budgets definitions

Create a batch to export files to a servicer (such as Global)
Anthology Student is installed with the predefined All Campuses group . When you add a campus on the Campuses tab, Anthology Student automatically adds the campus to the All Campuses group.
When you configure the campus group, you select the campuses. You can change the campus groups for a campus on the Campuses tab.
If Anthology Student is integrated with:

CampusVue Finance, HR & Payroll, you can link campus groups to journal entry group configured in CampusVue Finance, HR & Payroll. Journal entry groups are configured for one fiscal year and ledger.

Anthology Finance & HCM, you can configure campus groups on this page to be financial campus groups.
Prerequisites
To view the page, you must have System - Settings - Campuses - View authorization.You must have System - Settings - Campuses - Manage authorization.
To edit a campus group, the name of campus group must not be All Campuses. It is system defined.
Access Method
Select the Settings tile > expand System > select Campuses.
Procedure to Add or Edit Campus Groups
If your institution has more than one campus, each campus must be associated with at least one campus group.
If Anthology Student is integrated with:
CampusVue Finance, HR & Payroll, a campus can only be in one campus group per fiscal year and ledger. For example, if Campus Group A and Campus Group B are linked to a journal entry group configured in CampusVue Finance, HR & Payroll for the same fiscal year, a campus can be in Campus Group A or Campus Group B, but not both.
Anthology Finance & HCM, a campus can only be in one financial campus group. For example, if Campus Group C and Campus Groups D are both configured with the Financial Campus Group check box selected, a campus be in Campus Group C or Campus Group D, but not both.
The campuses can be in more than one campus group not linked to a journal entry group or financial campus group.
- Select the Campus Groups tab.
If you want to:
Add a new campus group, select the New button on the toolbar
- Edit an existing campus group, select the name in the list
Review, specify, or change the following values.
If you want to save and:
Continue making changes, select the Save button
Continue to add another item to the list, select the Save & New button
Close, select the Save & Close button
Procedure to Delete Campus Groups
You can use the Campus Groups tab on the Campuses page to delete a campus group. Deleting an item permanently removes it. No record of deleted list items is maintained in Anthology Student.
Deleting a campus group only deletes the group. The campuses in the group are not deleted.
Highlight the item in the list.
Select the Delete button on the toolbar.
The item is:
Removed from the list on the page and the list is redisplayed
No longer available to select on the forms that contain the list
