Contact Preferences
You can use the Contact Preferences list to specify the preferred method for contact the student. This page displays the addresses you specified on the:

Student Profile (Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list.)

Related Addresses list (Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list > expand Contact Manager > select the Related Addresses tile.)
On this page, you can set or clear contact preferences for a record, such as:

Preferred mode of contact
-
Do not contact preference
The options are listed in the Address Type column.
Prerequisites
You must have:

Common - Student - View authorization

To view the page, Contact Manager - Student Contact Method - View authorization

To set or clear the contact preferences, Contact Manager - Student Contact Method - Edit authorization
Access Method
Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list > expand Contact Manager > select the Contact Preferences tile.
Procedure to Set Contact Preferences

Review the values in the list.

Highlight the record you want to set the contact preferences.

Select to set or clear Preferred or Do Not Contact.

Select Save.
