Academic Records

You can use the Academic Records tile from the Campuses page to set up campus-specific academic records information.

For example:

  • School's policies for certain student-related situations, such as leave of absences, course cancellation and course retakes
  • Transfer-related options, such as Date Billed, Start Date, Last Day of Attendance, Required Course list options and activities for a staff member or financial aid advisor

  • Course Registration Sharing Groups (CRSG) provide the means for a campus to share a course with another campus, so that students have additional options for registering for course sections that may be filled or inconveniently scheduled at their regular campus

  • Waitlist defaults for course reservations

  • Add new course sections when online courses reach their capacity

Prerequisites

To view the page, you must have System – Settings - Campuses - View authorization.

Access Method

Select the Settings tile > expand System > select Campuses > add or select a campus > select the Academic Records tile.)
