Program Versions

You can use the Program Versions page to configure Student Accounts information for the program versions configured by your Academic Records area. For example, you can select the default billing method, earning method, and add the fees for the program version.

Academic Records configures the programs. You can add or edit the information related to Student Accounts for those programs. Once you have completed the fields that apply to the program version, you can complete any applicable tabs at the bottom.

You cannot use the page to add or delete the program versions.

Prerequisites

To view the page, you must have Student Accounts - Configuration - View authorization.

Access Method

Select the Configuration tile > expand Student Accounts > select Program Versions.

Columns

ActiveClosed Specifies whether the associated record is active.

Billing MethodClosed The method used to bill for the student. For example, monthly, term, course, and so on. They are configured by your institution.

Code Closed The alphanumeric code assigned to the item by your institution. In most cases, codes must be unique. Select or assign the code for this item.

Earning MethodClosed Earning method for the program version. The list displays all earning methods that your institution configured to earn revenue for tuition and other deferred earnings under Configuration > Student Accounts > Earning Methods.

ProgramClosed The name of the program, program version, or area of study.

Version DescriptionClosed The name of the item (e.g., data set, batch, job, process, task, person, organization, entity, file).
