Troubleshoot the OnBase Integration

When an attachment is uploaded in Anthology Student using OnBase, Anthology Student uploads the document. If the configuration is not defined properly in Keyword Type Settings in OnBase, Anthology Student displays the following message.

As indicated in the message, the StudentFullname length is greater than the minimum value configured in OnBase. To resolve this issue, check and update the Keyword Type Settings in OnBase.
