Specify the Sort Order for the View

You can sort the data by one or more columns in the query. For example, you can sort tasks by due date, last name, and first name. The sort you specify in the query is the default in the view.

Access Method

Select the Views tile > Explore Views tile > select a view in the Views Explorer window.

Procedure to Sort

  1. If the query is not already displayed, select the Show Query button.

  2. In the Selected Properties box, select the column you want to sort.
