Post or Unpost a Refund Calculation
You can use the Refund Calculations page to post actual refunds. When refunds are posted, Anthology Student:
- Posts charge adjustments to the student ledger
- Schedules the refunds for the appropriate fund sources based on the calculation
If multiple disbursements have been paid, Anthology Student displays a dialog so that you can confirm the amounts assigned to the disbursements. When Anthology Student assigns refund amounts to disbursements, it applies the amounts beginning with the last disbursements. For example, if there are 4 disbursements, the amount is applied to disbursement 4. If disbursement 4 is less than the refund amount for the fund source, the remaining amount is applied to disbursement 3.
You can also unpost posted refunds. When refunds are unposted, Anthology Student removes the:
- Charge adjustments on the student ledger
- Scheduled refunds for the fund sources
