Post Student Stipends
You can post student stipends to the student's ledger cards.
Anthology Student also performs the following functions:
-
Stores the payee name on each stipend record to use for reporting purposes.
-
Audits changes to the payee for stipends. Auditing occurs from the time the stipend is scheduled to the time the stipend is processed. This information includes the date changed, the time changed, and the user who made the change. Your ability to edit a payee for a refund is dependent on the fund source associated with the refund. The payee changes are audited only for the fund sources that allow the payee to be changed.
-
Enables administrators to specify that the reference information is printed on the check, below the address, on the stub, or in both places.
-
Enables administrators to view the user ID of the user who scheduled the stipend using the Ledger Card, Transaction Detail tab.
-
Stores the user ID of the user who scheduled the stipend to ensure that it is not overwritten by the user who posted the stipend.
