Assignment Code The alphanumeric code assigned to the assignment item by your institution. Codes are unique.
Assignment Id A unique identifier of the Assignment.
Class Sched Id A unique identifier of the Class Schedule.
Compensation Plan Code The alphanumeric code assigned to the compensation item by your institution. Codes are unique.
Course Code The alphanumeric code assigned to the course item by your institution. Codes are unique.
Course Id A unique identifier of the course.
Created Date Time The date and time when the integration log record was created.
Earning Lines Action The action performed on the earning line which resulted in the integration log record creation, for example, create and so on.
Earning Lines Id A unique identifier of the earning line. When integrated this identifier is used by the external payroll system as reference id.
EarningCode Code The alphanumeric code assigned to the earning code item by your institution. Codes are unique.
Employee Number The number your institution uses to identify the staff employee. How the number is assigned, is specified by your institution. For example, Anthology Student can be configured to assign the number or your institution can use some other method for assigning the ID.
External Reference EarningCode Id A unique earning code identifier from the Payroll system. It is used to associate a record in FWM with the corresponding record in the Payroll system.
External Reference Pay Cycle Id A unique pay cycle identifier from the Payroll system. It is used to associate a record in FWM with the corresponding record in the Payroll system.
Full Name The last name and the first name of the staff member.
Hr System Position Id A unique position identifier from the HR system. It is used to associate a record in FWM with the corresponding record in the HR system.
Hr System Staff Position Assignment Id A unique staff position assignment identifier from the HR system. It is used to associate a record in FWM with the corresponding record in the HR system.
Id The ID assigned to the item or institution by Anthology Student when it was added to the system.

Integration Comments Area that displays the comments or additional information.
Integration Status The status of the integration log.
Non-Teaching Type Code The alphanumeric code assigned to the non-teaching type item by your institution. Codes are unique.
Non-Teaching Type Id A unique identifier of the non-teaching type.
Pay Cycle Code The alphanumeric code assigned to the pay cycle item by your institution. Codes are unique.
Pay Level Code The alphanumeric code assigned to the pay level item by your institution. Codes are unique.
Pay Period End Date The pay period end date. The default is the current date.

Pay Period Status The associated pay period status.
Pay Type Specifies the type of pay. It can be a rate for the unit of measure or a single lump sum for the activity.
Payment Default Date The payment date set as default.
Payroll Quantity The amount Anthology Student calculated by dividing the assigned value for the load type by the number of pay periods. For example, if the assigned value for the load type is 15 and there are 10 pay periods, the amount is 1.5. By default, the value is displayed as 1 for the lump sum pay periods.
Payroll Rate Specifies the amount of pay at that level. It can be a rate for the unit of measure or a single lump sum for the activity. In case of a lump sum, the value is the lump sum divided by the pay period.
Position Code The alphanumeric code assigned to the position item by your institution. Codes are unique.
Staff Id A unique identifier of the staff. The ID was assigned by Anthology Student when it was added to the system.
Staff Position Assignment Id A unique identifier of the staff position assignment.
Value Per Pay Period The amount the faculty member should be paid for the pay period. Anthology Student calculates the value by multiplying the value in the Amount column by the value in the Rate column. For example, if the Amount is 1.5 and the Rate is 100, the Value is 150.
