Servicer Data Review

You can use the Servicer Data Review page to review: 

• Batches of servicer-approved disbursements that were imported to determine whether or not they are ready to be posted by Student Accounts

• Information about any of the files imported and exported from servicers

You can also review: 

• All of the aid for a servicer for an award year so that you can reconcile it

• The new scheduled awards, scheduled disbursements, and scheduled refunds that have been imported for a servicer that meet the criteria that you specify, including the changed records

Prerequisites

You must have:

• Common - Processes - View authorization

• Processes - Financial Aid - Servicer Data Review authorization  

Access Method

Select the Processes tile > expand Financial Aid > select Servicer Data Review.
