SAP Calculation

You can use the SAP Calculation page to evaluate the satisfactory academic progress (SAP) of students. If needed, you can also change SAP statuses. The SAP statuses indicate whether a student is making SAP in their program and can receive financial aid.

Prerequisites

You must have:

  • Common - Processes - View authorization

  • To view existing batches, Financial Aid - Processes – SAP Calculation authorization

You should be familiar with the Background for SAP.

Access Method

Select the Processes tile > expand Financial Aid > select SAP Calculation.

Process to Create the Batch and Review Results

Create a Batch to Evaluate SAP.
As part of the evaluation, Anthology Student proposes changes to the student records.

Review and Submit the SAP Batch.
Review the proposed changes and submit the batch that makes the changes to the student records.
