Review Batches for Outbound Transcripts and Print
For batches that you created to print the transcripts, envelopes, and labels that have been requested to be sent for students, you can use the History tab on the Transcript Request Outbound page to review the status of all the batches, print the PDF files for the transcripts and Word files for envelopes and labels, and manage the batches.
Batches on this tab are available for 28 days by default. Anthology Student removes them after 28 days. If you need to keep the information for a batch, use the Export () button on the toolbar.
For version 21.1, by default, Anthology Student generates two-column transcripts details. You can generate single column transcripts using Reports, such as Transcript - Official, Transcripts -Unofficial, Transcript - Student Based.

Access Method
Select Processes tile > locate Contact Manager > select Transcript Request Outbound.
Procedure to Review Results and Print

Select the History tab.

Review the status and values for the batches in the list.

Select the name of the batch in the list. displays the details for the job in the Job Results list.

Review the values in the list.

Select the links in the Transcript, Envelope, and Label columns to display the PDF or Word files.

Select the appropriate button in the application to print the file.
