Automated Job Management
You can create and view Automated Processes on the Automated Job Management page. Automated Job Management enables the automation of key business processes in Financial Aid and Student Accounts that are currently handled in other areas of Anthology Student. Administrators can create jobs for automating key business processes, schedule those jobs to execute based on a defined time frame, execute jobs on demand, and route and view process results.
On the Automated Job Management page, you can:

View all Job Management top-level functions, and access other directly related features.

Create a New Job for automating a Financial Aid or Student Accounts process by selecting one of the process links in the Create New Job area:
- Disbursement Eligibility
- Disbursement Posting
- Refund & Stipend .
- COD Processing
- Refund Calculation
- Configure Scheduled Transmission and Retrieval
- Return of Ineligible Funds
- Student Financial Aid Awarding

Select a time frame for a particular job.

Identify successful and failed Process Results for an automated process that has been executed.

View Jobs on the main grid by selecting the following options:
- Active Jobs
- Deactivated Jobs
- Process Successes
- Process Failures
- Job Sequence Audit

Activate a deactivated Job.

Sort, hide, and show columns in the main grid.

Print content displayed in the main grid.

Export content in the main grid or a selected job to Excel.

Edit, copy, or deactivate an existing job.

Manually execute an existing job on demand.

Access Method
Select the Configuration tile > expand Financial Aid > select Automated Job Management.
