Print Address Labels for Students

You can print a label for any address associated with a student and select a default address for printing labels (It does not change the address you selected as their default contact address in their Related Addresses list). By default, Anthology Student prints the Student Profile's address.

You can choose from any of these addresses:

  • The address on the Student Profile ( Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list.)

  • Any address in their Related Addresses list ( Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list > expand Contact Manager > select the Related Addresses tile.)

  • The address of an institution in their Previous Education list ( Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list > expand Admissions > select the Previous Education tile.)

Prerequisites

You must have:

  • Common - Student - View authorization

  • Student - Profile - Print Labels authorization

Your institution must have configured printer by your system administrator.

Access Method

Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list.

Procedure to Print Address Label

  1. Select the name of the student. Anthology Student displays the student details.

  2. Select the arrow next to the Print option. Anthology Student displays the options related to print.

  3. Select Print Labels. Anthology Student displays the list of addresses for the student.

  4. Review the values in the list.

    Address TypeClosed The category of address for the student.

    DefaultClosed The associated record is set as default. For example, the default address, the default enrollment.

    NameClosed The descriptive name of the item.

  5. Take the appropriate action.

    Task Action to Take
    Set default address type Select the row in the grid and select the Set Default button.
    Print the address of the student Select the row in the grid and select the Print label button. One label is printed on the designated printer for each address you select.
