Integrations

You can use the Integrations page to define the Middle Tier Web Service URL locations and service names used for integrations such as:

• API services
• Anthology Student
• CampusVue Finance, HR & Payroll or Anthology Finance & HCM/Talisma Fundraising
• Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
• Other custom integrations

You can use the:

• Products tab to manage the list for different product URLs used

• Custom Integrations tab to customize the URLs to be integrated with Anthology Student

• CRM Integrations tab to configure Anthology Student to integrate with a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) product

• Data Integrations tab to configure Anthology Student to integrate with Azure Service Bus

Prerequisites

To view the page, you must have System - Settings - Integrations - View authorization.

Access Method

Select the Settings tile > expand System > select Integrations.

Actions Available

Columns

Products tab	Date Modified The date when the item was changed. On some pages, it also includes the timestamp for the time. Modified By The name of the person who changed the item. Product The descriptive name of the product.	Service URL The web service URL. This field is editable. Setting The name of the setting. Test This field checks whether the service key and the service URL provided are correct.
CRM Integration tab	Enable CRM Select this check box to enable Anthology Student for integration with a CRM product. The check box is not selected by default. When CRM Integration is selected, the Target CRM Web Service URL and Source CampusLink Web Services URL fields become enabled. Source Campus Link Web Service URL Specify this field to provide the source locations for outgoing transactions.	Target CRM Web Service URL Specify this field to provide the destination for outgoing transactions. The values are stored in the SyRegistry table.
Custom Integrations tab	Date Modified The date when the item was changed. On some pages, it also includes the timestamp for the time. Modified By The name of the person who changed the item. Service Key The web service key.	Service URL The web service URL. This field is editable. Test This field checks whether the service key and the service URL provided are correct.
Data Integrations tab	Active/Inactive Specifies whether the associated topic is active. The administrator can only activate a topic. In case of any issues and the need to deactivate a topic, it can be done through SQL scripts. Business Events Displays the name of the business event associated with the topic.	Topics Displays the topics established for integration between Anthology Student and the Azure Service Bus.
